HYROX Istanbul 2026 will take place on 1 and 2 August at the iconic Istanbul Fuar Merkezi in Bakırköy. This year, the race is going bigger and louder, turning Istanbul into a global stage for the world’s biggest fitness race.
Expect an electric atmosphere where East meets West on the race floor, fueled by a crowd that never stops. Athletes from Türkiye, Europe, the Middle East and beyond will gather to take on the classic HYROX format of 8 km of running and 8 functional stations. How to get there:
By Metro: The venue is easily accessible via the M1A Subway Line. Get off at DTM – İstanbul Fuar Merkezi. From the station exit, the venue entrance is about a 350‑meter walk (around 5 minutes).
By Car: Istanbul Fuar Merkezi is close to the main city arteries and Istanbul Airport access routes. On‑site parking is available as a paid service on a first‑come, first‑served basis, so arriving early is recommended.
Security: All guests must pass through a security checkpoint. Large strollers are not allowed; only compact, foldable models are permitted.

The HYROX Format
No secrets, just hard work: 8 km total running divided into 1 km intervals, alternated with 8 stations of pure fire. Istanbul Fuar Merkezi offers wide halls, smooth surfaces and great visibility for spectators — ideal for fast racing, clean transitions and a loud, compact atmosphere.
