We want you to train with confidence. If the size isn’t right or you need a different option, our return and exchange policy is designed to be clear and straightforward.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging to qualify.
To start a return or exchange, visit our official portal at https://returns.itsrever.com/velitesusa using your order number and the email address used at checkout. Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive clear instructions to complete the return.
After your item is received and approved by our warehouse, exchanges are shipped automatically. If your requested item is unavailable, we will contact you with alternative options.
A $11.99 USD return or exchange fee applies. Returns and exchanges are free on orders over $99 USD. Original shipping costs and any customs duties or import fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval and may take up to 15 business days, depending on your payment provider.
