SHIPPING
What are your delivery times?
Most orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days within the United States and 2–14 business days for international orders, depending on the destination. Shipping times may vary during sales events, public holidays, or due to carrier delays. Please note that customized and pre-sale items may require additional processing time before shipment.
How much does shipping cost? Can I get free shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the destination.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 USD.
Shipping rates are:
- United States: $11.99 USD
- Canada: $24.99 USD
- Other international destinations: rates vary depending on the location (free shipping may not apply)

Where do orders ship from? Will I have to pay customs duties?
All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse.
Orders delivered within the United States do not incur any customs duties or import fees.
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on local regulations. These charges are determined by Canadian authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the order total at checkout.

ORDER
When will I receive my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. This email includes a tracking link where you can check the estimated delivery date and follow your shipment at any time.
Please note that most orders are processed within 24–48 business hours before shipping, and delivery times depend on your location.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it can be modified or canceled within up to 1 hour after purchase by contacting our team at usahelp@velitessport.com. Please note that this time window may be shorter depending on warehouse workload, as orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible.
If your request is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this confirmation before receiving your shipping notification, it means the modification or cancellation could not be completed.
If your order can no longer be modified or canceled, you may refuse delivery (if possible) or initiate a return through our return portal, where our standard return policy will apply. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order needs to be resent or canceled after shipment, applicable shipping fees will apply or be deducted from the refund.
Can I change my delivery address?
A delivery address can be modified within 1 hour after placing the order by contacting our team. at usahelp@velitessport.com.
This time window may be shorter depending on warehouse workload, as orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
If the address provided is not valid, the parcel will usually be returned to our warehouse.
If you wish to have the order shipped again, new shipping fees will apply.
If you prefer to cancel the order, we will process a refund excluding shipping costs.
What happens if my order couldn’t be delivered?
If you were not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will usually schedule a new delivery attempt within the next business days.
If you notice that your order is not being delivered after a few days, please contact us at usahelp@velitessport.com and we will get in touch with the carrier to assist you.
My order is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at usahelp@velitessport.com and we will review the situation with the carrier.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
How do returns and exchanges work?
Our return policy applies whether you are requesting a size exchange or a refund.

You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order to access the portal and submit your request.
Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions to complete the return process.
What are the conditions to return a product?
Before proceeding with a return, please make sure that:
- The product is returned with all accessories
- The product and accessories are in their original, undamaged packaging
- The product is in perfect condition, unused and unwashed
- The purchase date does not exceed 30 days (excluding pre-sale items)
- The product was purchased directly through our website
- Custom and clearance items are not eligible for return
All returns are inspected by our warehouse team.
If the product does not meet these conditions, the return will be rejected and cannot be sent back.
Are there any return or exchange fees?
A return or exchange fee of $11.99 USD applies to all orders.
However, returns and exchanges are free for orders over $99 USD.
Please note that initial shipping costs and any customs duties or import fees are non-refundable.
How do exchanges work?
You can request an exchange through our return portal at https://returns.itsrever.com/velitesusa.
From the portal, you can request an exchange for another size or a different product (subject to availability). Once the exchange request is completed, you will receive the return instructions.
After the returned item is received and confirmed by our warehouse, the new order will be shipped automatically.
How do refunds work?
Refunds must be requested through our official return portal at https://returns.itsrever.com/velitesusa.
Once your return is delivered, it must be received and inspected by our warehouse before the refund can be approved. Please note that a package marked as “delivered” does not mean the refund is processed immediately.
After our warehouse confirms that the returned item meets our return conditions, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds may take up to 15 business days to be completed, depending on your payment provider.
WARRANTY
What is your warranty policy?
All our products include a 3-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects from the purchase date.
If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental or intentional damage, water damage, scratches, strap deterioration, or fabric wear.
Proof of purchase is required.
For website orders, your order number is sufficient.
For purchases from authorized dealers, please contact the seller directly.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at usahelp@velitessport.com.
Include a brief description of the issue, along with photos or a video (depending on the problem) so our team can review it properly.
If the purchase was made on our website, please also provide your order number.
Can I submit a warranty claim if I didn’t buy on your website?
If your purchase was made through an authorized distributor, partner, or retail store, warranty claims must be handled directly with the seller, as they manage their own claims.
For purchases made through Amazon, we can assist with warranty claims after 30 days from the purchase date.
If the purchase is within the first 30 days, please contact Amazon support directly through their platform.
