Lisbon, Portugal | 1–3 May 2026

Attention, HYROX community! The Portuguese capital is gearing up for one of the season's most intense events. HYROX Lisbon 2026 lands in the Parque das Nações area on 1–3 May. If you're looking for a race with an electric atmosphere, flawless organization, and the unbeatable setting of the Tagus estuary, this is your event.

In Lisbon, functional fitness is experienced with a special passion. The venue, located in one of the city's most modern areas, offers top-level infrastructure so you can fly in the format of 8 km running and 8 functional stations. Prepare for an epic battle where every second counts.

Event Key Facts

Venue:
MEO Arena / Sala Tejo
R. do Bojador, 1998-010 Lisbon, Portugal

Dates:
1–3 May 2026

How to get there:
Airport: Lisbon Airport (LIS) is just 5–10 minutes by car from the venue. It is, arguably, the best-connected event on the calendar.
By public transport: The Oriente (Red Line Metro and CP trains) is the hub. From there, you can walk to the event in less than 10 minutes.
Parking: The Parque das Nações area has several public car parks (C.C. Vasco da Gama or Parking FIL). Still, since this is a three-day event, arrive with time to avoid surprises!

The HYROX Format

No shortcuts, only hard work: 8 km of running divided into 1 km intervals, alternated with our 8 favorite stations. The Lisbon venue is typically very fast and fluid, making it an ideal location for those aiming to attack their PR (Personal Record).
